Undoubtedly the right idea

As practical and robust accessories for pneumatic expansion shafts, Vorwald chucks guarantee increased safety when unwinding and rewinding. The locking mechanism can only be opened to remove the shaft when it is stationary at the top. Insertion is also simplicity itself thanks to the obliquely positioned hand wheel. The safety chucks impress with their value for money as an economic solution for mounting expansion shafts.

Chucks with exchangeable wearing part inserts have been developed for more demanding requirements and higher rotational speeds. This means that system down times can be minimised. We offer optimally coordinated safety chucks and expansion shafts from a single source.
